Uplifting In-Home Care Services for Seniors & Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
About the Owners
Mr. Isaac Asensoh and Mrs. Rad Asensoh are the proud owners of JoyRad Supported Living Services. As a married couple and devoted pastors at Assemblies of God in Worcester, Massachusetts, their lives have always been rooted in faith, compassion, and service to others. Caring is not simply what they do—it is who they are. With over 20 years of combined caregiving experience, they have walked alongside individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments, offering not just assistance, but dignity, comfort, and hope.
Their journey to founding JoyRad Supported Living Services was deeply personal and shaped by years of witnessing both the beauty and the gaps within caregiving. Through their ministry and hands-on caregiving work, they encountered seniors who felt forgotten, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who longed for independence, and families overwhelmed by the responsibility of care but lacking adequate support. These experiences left a lasting impression on their hearts.
They saw firsthand that many individuals were not just in need of care—but of connection, respect, and a place where they could truly feel valued. Too often, care was reduced to tasks, rather than relationships. Isaac and Rad felt a calling to change that narrative.
Guided by their faith and a deep belief that every person is created with purpose and deserves to live with dignity, they envisioned a service that would go beyond basic assistance. They wanted to build a home care model centered on compassion, patience, and genuine human connection—one that treats every client like family.
JoyRad Supported Living Services was born from that vision. The name itself reflects their mission: bringing joy and radiance into the lives of those they serve.
Their goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where seniors can age with grace and where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can live as independently as possible while feeling supported and empowered. Every service they provide is grounded in empathy, cultural understanding, and a heartfelt commitment to improving quality of life.
For Isaac and Rad Asensoh, JoyRad is more than a business—it is a ministry, a calling, and a promise to serve others with love, dignity, and excellence.
